• EXTRA-THICK FOR CUSHIONING & COMFORT: Experience ultimate comfort when you’re working out with the Core Balance Pilates & Exercise Mat. Designed with a depth of 10mm, it’s almost double the thickness of a standard mat to reduce the strain on your joints and muscles when you’re working out. Exercise mat measures L183cm x W60cm x D1cm.
• HIGH-DENSITY NBR FOAM FOR SUPERIOR CUSHIONING & COMFORT: The mat is made from high-density 10mm thick NBR foam to deliver superior cushioning when you’re working out. This helps to reduce the impact on your joints and muscles, making it perfect for Pilates, physio, and floor exercises where injury prevention and comfort are of paramount importance.
• TEXTURED NON-SLIP SURFACE FOR A CONFIDENT WORKOUT: Our NBR mat has a textured ‘groove’ pattern on its surface to prevent your hands and feet slipping when you’re practising Pilates and other exercises. This helps to give you greater stability and balance to reduce the risk of injury and boost your confidence when you’re working out.
• CLOSED-CELL FOR HYGIENIC USE & EASY CLEANING: One of the finest properties of NBR foam is that it has a closed-cell structure to prevent it absorbing too much sweat and moisture. This makes it more hygienic to use and easier to clean. Simply give the mat a gentle wipe with a damp cloth to clean off any stains, before allowing it to naturally air dry.
• LIGHTWEIGHT & COMPACT WITH ATTACHABLE STRAP: We’ve made our mat 10mm thick for good reason. We believe it delivers greater cushioning and comfort than a thinner mat whilst rolling into a more compact size than thicker mats on the market. When rolled up it weighs just 850g and include a loop-over shoulder strap to comfortably carry to classes.
